JWL Series (Hard plastics) Single screw recycling and pelleting machine

JWL Series single screw recycling and pelleting machine for hard plastics has special screw design and different con- figuration for different raw material. It is suitable for the recycling of PP, PE, PS, ABS,PC, etc. It can be designed as single stage one extruder or double stage two extruders production line, with strand or water ring cutting method.

The gearbox is designed with high torque which attains the functions of low noise and stable operation. The surface of the screw and barrel have been special treated so that the screw and barrel are wearable, and they have very high mixing efficiency and output.The extruder has the vacuum vent or nature vent which can exhaust the water or gas during the production. They all lead to machine runs stably and the pellets are high quality,more uniform and denser.
