This project takes PP as raw material and produces PP filament yarn with extruder, spinning, cross-quenching, drafting and winder.

A specially designed Cross-Quenching device is adopted to ensure the uniformity of the silk.

Electrical control adopts imported interver, temperature control instrument and imported rotary transmitter, the control is accurate and reliable.

With automatic winder system, the yarn tension is constant, ,with good transfer,yarn shape is excellent.
