By using high torque extruder, Jwell PET sheet extrusion line capacity can up to 1000kg per hour.
Jwell self-designed parallel twin screw extruder, with special large vacuum system, no need crystallization and drying system. The power consumption can be saved at least 300kw per hour.
Jwell PET sheet extrusion line is equipped with PLC system. From raw material inputting, extrusion, and PET sheet winding, fully automatic and save labor cost.
We can produce PET sheet with the thickness ranged from 0.2-2mm, width ranged from 750-1500mm. Our production line can be customized according to different customer’s requirement.
